Overview

Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Deliver empathetic and efficient service while guiding users through self-service options.

Requirements
- Education and Experience: High school diploma required; experience in customer service or banking is preferred.

- Critical Thinking: Analyze situations effectively and make informed decisions under pressure.
