• Reporting: Run and analyze operational reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Leadership Communication: Send weekly updates to leadership summarizing team progress and performance trends.

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree in Business Management (minimum required).
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the BPO industry in a managerial role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance outcomes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to run, interpret, and act on operational reports.
• Performance Standards: Demonstrated success in meeting and maintaining all campaign KPIs.
