Overview

• Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by guiding customers through self-service options and resolving their concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: High school diploma required; experience in customer service, particularly in credit card services or banking, is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating online banking systems and resolving common technical issues.
• Critical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze situations and make decisions under pressure.
