Overview

Join RCC BPO in Belize City as a Credit Card Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing dedicated support to credit card holders, handling a variety of inquiries and maintenance requests to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry Handling: Address customer inquiries related to lost or stolen credit cards, funds on hold, and other account issues.
• Card Management: Assist customers with credit card activation, issue replacement cards, and handle associated administrative tasks.
• Payment Processing: Facilitate credit card payments and setup automated payment systems as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Offer comprehensive support for various credit card-related concerns, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and high customer satisfaction.
• Operational Flexibility: Adapt to working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs effectively.

Requirements

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience in banking is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled at navigating online banking systems and proficient in general IT troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of banking regulations and security protocols.
• Professionalism: Maintain patience, empathy, and professionalism during customer interactions.
• Experience: Prior experience in a financial or technical support role is advantageous.
