Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned sales campaign, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise large groups of employees to consistently achieve performance metrics and client expectations.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for business communication.
  • Performance Delivery: Ensure process compliance and operational excellence across the account.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Training, Quality, and HR teams to enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance, prepare detailed reports, and share updates with leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges, develop practical solutions, and implement improvements to achieve business goals.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance and motivation to supervisors and frontline agents.
  • Flexibility: Adapt quickly to evolving client needs and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in BPO or call center management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the BPO industry with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Account Management: Strong background in managing accounts with large teams and complex client operations.
  • Client Relations: Demonstrated ability to handle client communication and maintain business relationships effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and team management abilities.
  • Adaptability: High flexibility to meet changing business and client demands.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reporting, process management, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Location: Based in or willing to work from Belize City.
