Overview

Join our team as a Trainer at RCC BPO in Orange Walk, Belize, where you will design and deliver engaging training programs that strengthen agent skills, service quality, and process excellence. This role is vital for developing both new and existing team members through effective bilingual (English–Spanish) learning experiences. Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Facilitate onboarding and process training for new hires.
• Skill Development: Conduct refresher sessions to address performance gaps and reinforce service standards.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess agent performance during nesting and training phases to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaboration: Partner with operations and quality teams to align training goals with performance objectives.
• Reporting: Maintain training reports, attendance records, and performance documentation.
• Bilingual Facilitation: Adapt materials and delivery styles for both English and Spanish-speaking participants.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in training.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a trainer in a BPO, call center, or sales environment.
• Language Skills: Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with proven experience conducting bilingual sessions.
• Coaching Ability: Skilled in providing effective coaching and feedback to new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitation Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Training Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles and interactive training techniques.
• Location: Must reside in or near Orange Walk Town.
• Availability: Fully flexible with work schedules.
