Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee campaign operations and ensure consistent achievement of all performance benchmarks.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor supervisors, team leaders, and support staff to drive engagement and accountability.
- Performance Analysis: Run and analyze reports to evaluate daily and weekly results, identifying trends and improvement areas.
- Process Optimization: Identify performance gaps and implement process enhancements to strengthen results.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to develop and execute action plans that enhance client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain adherence to client and company standards while ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
Requirements
- Education: Associate Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in BPO or call center management.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required).
- Sales Background: Prior sales experience in a call center or customer service campaign is required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams and drive consistent performance.
- Analytical Ability: Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Location: Must reside in or near Orange Walk Town.
- Availability: Fully flexible with scheduling and operational needs.
