RCC BPO is lookng for 3 IT Technicians to join our Belize City and San Ignacio Town branches. We have one vacancy in Belize City and 2 in San Ignacio Town.
The key responsibilities of the position include: answering, prioritizing, and responding to incoming telephone calls, tickets, and e-mail requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies as well as all telecommunications issues.
