About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Email and Chat Support Specialist to join our team. This seasonal position involves assisting customers through email and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
○ Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
○ Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and solutions.
○ Information Updates: Update customer records and document interactions and resolutions in the system.
○ Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
○ Collaboration: Work closely with other support teams to ensure comprehensive customer service.
○ Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Working Hours:
○ Shift Duration: 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM (with flexibility within these hours)
○ Days Off: 2 days off per week (schedule to be determined)


  • Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma.

    • Customer service experience is a plus.

    • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently and accurately.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Exceptional written communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

    • Proficiency in using customer service software, email platforms, and chat systems.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy,

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools.
